Formed in 1994, Bay Consulting Group (BCG) is a consulting firm of specialists in nonprofit organizational development. Within arts organizations and cultural communities, we work to facilitate strategic planning and action. In the field of cultural philanthropy, we provide program development as well as management and evaluation services to private foundations and to public arts agencies. For each engagement, we build project teams of specialists, enhancing our ability to meet our client's needs and stimulate innovative solutions.
